Womens Self Defence

The purpose of the workshop is to create a platform to introduce women to the simplicity of S-K. A. P. E techniques, the rationale and the effectiveness of those techniques, etc. This allows participants to understand the need for repetitive training to imbibe the techniques as part of muscle memory.
Participants can then choose to either continue with the training through a regular course program or stop with the refresher classes, as they see fit. Rome was not built in a day, neither can self-defence be learnt in a day. The idea is to demonstrate, educate and present the possibilities.
The techniques used are heavily distilled from traditional Shorei-kan Okinawan Goju-Ryu, and modified to be used in the most simple, effective manner without years of training or understanding of martial arts.
