Womens Self Defence


This is just a quick clip of one of my new, driven students Sarai beginning to add resistance training to her boxing and self defense workout.

Adding resistance through a cable or bungee system helps the person training to better understand the importance of a solid and balanced stance. Notice how Sarai is working with pulleys pulling in two different directions in this short clip.
